Trinity Bellwoods Farmers market

A ethereal sunny day today dandelion snow, community out buying local at the Trinity Bellwood’s farmers market. Open 3-7 every Tuesday it has an amazing sense of community and a smaller more intimate feel than some of the others.

Today I picked up a beautiful grass fed beef rib eye, fragrant mint, and chives. Tonight’s meal was delicious a lemon laquered salmon with minted spring peas and couscous (see post below for link) and I am thinking tomorrow there will be a gorgeous feast of beef and asparagus mousse. Some highlights were the Matchbox seed company and Monforte cheese. So inspired.

What is your favorite market?
