This sounds fabulous! By the way, we are out of Cape Vessey for month of August unfortunately….we do have some at the Fifth Town store but no wholesale supply unti September. From then on we will have plenty! At least till Christmas! We make as much as we can from spring milk but milk supply lower in early spring. Abundant supply in summer means we can stock up for Sept-Dec!
Hi Petra…Thanks so much for the comment. As you can see I love your cheese and blig about it frequently! A couple of my facebook fans have asked whether it is available in the US? Do you know if any suppliers or anyone that makes a comparable cheese to the lemon fetish? I used it in a few of the recipes I posted and everyone is intrigued. Also do you know of stores in the Ottawa who carry your cheeses? Very excited to here about the Cape Vessey but will pop into the Village Cheesemonger or Brickworks in September to try it.
